The cost of solar photovoltaics (PV) has significantly decreased over the past decade and PV is expected to play a central role in Europe’s transition to net-zero emissions by 2050. This PhD fellowship will analyse the role of PV to meet Norway’s and EU’s commitments under the Paris agreement. 15. Fully Funded PhD Position in Cell Biology/ Cellular Immunology
Summary of PhD Program:
The candidate for this position will study the peculiar immune system of Atlantic cod, which lacks the MHC II pathway required for T cell-dependent (TD) antibody responses, but at the same time presents an expanded set of MHC I genes and a unique Toll-like receptors (TLRs) profile.
