5. Postdoctoral Position 

Summary of Postdoctoral Fellowship:

Two postdoctoral positions are immediately available in the research laboratory of Dr. Mateusz Opyrchal at Indiana University School of Medicine. The candidates will work on funded projects with a focus on translational cancer immunology. The recruits will be joining projects in targeted protein degradation and mechano-signaling, and they will have an opportunity to develop independent focus. 7. Postdoctoral Position 

Summary of Postdoctoral Fellowship:

As a part of exciting expansion of the research within the Pulmonary Division of the Indiana School of Medicine, new postdoctoral positions are available in the laboratories of Dr. Ruslan Rafikov and Dr. Olga Rafikova to study the molecular basis of pulmonary hypertension (PH). In particular, Dr. Rafikov’s lab focuses on understanding the contribution of the newly discovered populations of pulmonary endothelial cells in the pathobiology of PH and investigation of heme-mediated signaling mechanisms. Dr. Rafikova’s lab research focuses on the role of mitochondrial dysfunction, angiogenesis, mechanisms of immune regulation, and sex differences in PH. The team seeks a talented and motivated Postdoc with an excessive experience in molecular and cell biology research. These include but not limited to designing plasmids and virus vectors to manipulate with mammalian cell genome, culturing cells, performing cell death or proliferation assays, experience with flow cytometry and cell sorting.

10. Postdoctoral Position
