5. Postdoctoral Position

Summary of Postdoctoral Fellowship:

Proposed project title: “Targeted & Non-targeted analysis of chemical contaminants“. Non-targeted analysis, using high resolution mass spectrometry and advanced big data processing tools, allows for the rapid characterization of thousands of never-before-studied chemicals in complex food and environmental matrices. As illustrated by testimonials recently collated, Non-Targeted Analysis (NTA) is regarded as the next-generation surveillance approach for chemical contaminants in food and the environment. Our research team develops novel applications of NTA for various matrices (seafood, meat, honey, bread, food contact materials, seawater, sediments, microplastics…).
