Working with novel cell penetrating peptides that target the lungs. We have a family of lung targeting peptides that target different cell types. Successful candidate will perform small animal (mice) experiments consisting of tail vein injections, harvesting organs for ex-vivo IVIS imaging, cryoembedding, cryosectioning, immunostaining with various cell markers and performing confocal microscopy.
