The candidate will work as a post-doctoral associate or a researcher in the Smart Materials Lab (Naumov research group). The role will involve preparing, characterizing and testing new smart materials, at the intersection of materials science, chemistry, and engineering. A strong background in thermal or mechanical characterization of surface and bulk properties of solids from either science (solid-state physics) or engineering (mechanical) is a requirement.
