The Ballmer Institute and UO Athletics Post-Doctoral Traineeship blends clinical experience serving traditional college-age student and student-athlete populations with mental health research training activities in collaboration with Dr. Maureen Zalewski, who is both a psychology and Ballmer Institute faculty. Dr. Zalewski’s program of research focuses on dialectical behavior therapy, suicide risk, developmental psychopathology, and emotion dysregulation. Clinical activities will focus on the direct delivery of evidence-informed behavioral health promotion, prevention, and intervention methods (50% time).

3. Postdoctoral Position
Summary of Postdoctoral Fellowship:
The purpose of this position is to engage in high-caliber, independent particle physics research. The research activities will primarily include physics analysis of data from the ATLAS experiment, along with work on the operational and upgrade responsibilities of the group. In addition, there may be opportunities to pursue research activities with the FASER experiment, as well as simulations of data for future experiments such as the International Linear Collider (ILC).
