Are you holding PhD degree and looking for Postdoctoral Fellowships? Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, Seattle, Washington invites multiple online application for Postdoctoral Fellowships in various research areas. Candidates interested in Postdoctoral Fellowships can check the details and may apply as soon as possible.

1. Postdoctoral Position

Summary of Postdoctoral Fellowship:

The particular areas of emphasis for this position center on studies of resistance to current therapeutics deployed to treat advanced cancer including therapeutics that exploit DNA repair deficiency and immune-based agents. We are recruiting a Post-Doctoral Fellow to engage in laboratory-based studies of these processes. This position will focus on delineating the molecular mechanisms driving treatment resistance that include cell intrinsic (e.g. mutation, tumor heterogeneity, cell plasticity, epigenetic) and microenvironment events, with opportunities for translational studies evaluating new clinical approaches that circumvent resistance mechanisms. The research has direct relevance to the treatment of cancer patients.

2. Postdoctoral Position

Summary of Postdoctoral Fellowship:

The Subramaniam lab seeks a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to investigate mechanisms of human mRNA translation. We recently developed ReLiC, a high throughput CRISPR screening approach to identify regulators of translation and other RNA metabolic processes in human cells (Nugent et al. Nature Methods 2025). Current projects leverage ReLiC to dissect cellular pathways regulating global and mRNA-specific translation in healthy and diseased human cells.

3. Postdoctoral Position

Summary of Postdoctoral Fellowship:

The successful applicant will work closely with Dr. Yingqi Zhao, Dr. Yingye Zheng, and other collaborators to develop statistical and machine learning methods for medical decision-making in cancer prevention and early detection. Key areas of focus include, but are not limited to, benefit-harm analysis of cancer early detection tests, development of clinical decision rules in cancer early detection leveraging Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), and development of EMR-based algorithms to identify high-risk populations.

4. Postdoctoral Position

Summary of Postdoctoral Fellowship:

A Post-Doctoral Research Fellow position is available in the lab of David MacPherson at Fred Hutch, which is focused on the biology of small cell lung cancer (SCLC). We apply functional screens and analyses of genetically engineered mouse (GEM) and patient derived xenograft (PDX) models towards understanding how genetic alterations alter the biology of SCLC and alter sensitivity towards conventional and novel therapies. Projects use cutting-edge genomics and CRISPR screening approaches and we work closely with thoracic oncologist collaborators at Fred Hutch to help translate basic findings to the clinic. Some of these directions are supported by an NIH Lung Cancer SPORE award that promotes translational lung cancer research.

5. Postdoctoral Position

Summary of Postdoctoral Fellowship:

The JSB Lab is seeking a highly motivated Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with a background in statistics, biostatistics, bioinformatics, genomics, or related fields to work closely with Dr. Li on cutting-edge research in single-cell and spatial omics data analysis. Aligned with the lab’s focus on enhancing analytical rigor and translating statistical innovation into biological insight, the fellow will contribute to projects such as developing novel statistical methods for analyzing temporal and spatial gene expression dynamics at the single-cell level, evaluating and benchmarking computational tools for single-cell and spatial omics research, and creating statistical approaches for quantifying isoforms using long-read sequencing data.

6. Postdoctoral Position

Summary of Postdoctoral Fellowship:

The Ring Lab is recruiting a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with expertise in immunology, systems/computational biology, and/or protein engineering. This position will involve research projects that investigate the relationship between patient autoantibodies and health and disease outcomes. At the core of these programs is the REAP autoantibody profiling technology, which provides unprecedented levels of detail about the “autoantibody reactome” present in patient blood and tissue samples. Researchers will perform the very first “autoantibody-wide association studies” to pinpoint how specific autoantibody reactivities impact disease biology, analogous to but independent from the effect of genetic variation.

7. Postdoctoral Position

Summary of Postdoctoral Fellowship:

The lab combines experimental and computational approaches to develop and apply barcode-based lineage recording systems, single-cell technologies, and perturbation tools to uncover the principles of tumor evolution at high-resolution. Technologies, such as macsGESTALT, along with next-generation molecular recorders in development, enable the generation of massive-scale, novel datasets that open new windows into cancer dynamics and allow us to address previously inaccessible questions

8. Postdoctoral Position

Summary of Postdoctoral Fellowship:

The Geoff Hill Lab, in Seattle’s Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center Translational Science & Therapeutics Division, is recruiting a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with expertise in transplant immunology and/or immunotherapy. The candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to multiple NIH funded research programs, including studies defining the mechanisms of cancer-specific immunity versus immune escape and pathogen-specific immunity after adoptive cell therapy. There are also active programs defining mechanisms of, and innovative treatment paradigms for immune toxicity (e.g. graft-versus-host disease and cytokine release syndrome) after stem cell transplantation and adoptive cell therapy.
