Three postdoctoral scholar positions are immediately available in the Jiang lab at Penn State University in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and the Huck Institutes of the Life Sciences. The lab is located in the Millennium Complex of Sciences with state-of-the-art instruments for cryo-EM, including Titan Krios and Talos Arctica TEMs with energy filters and direct electron detectors for single-particle cryoEM and cryo-ET, and a Hydra FIB-SEM in 2025 for in situ structural studies of cellular and tissue sections. The lab has multiple GPU workstations and access to the university computing center.
