The Department of German Studies in the Division of Literatures, Cultures, and Languages at Stanford University is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow working in German culture and literature from 1400 to 1750.  We invite applications to be submitted by April 1, 2025. The appointment is scheduled to begin on September 15, 2025; a later start date may also be possible. The initial appointment is for up to 12 months. The position is renewable up to June 30, 2027, contingent on satisfactory performance. The Anderson laboratory is looking for a postdoctoral fellow in neuroscience. The fellow will work closely with Dr. T. Anthony Anderson and members of his laboratory (and in collaboration with Professor David Yeomans) on an NIH-funded research project on the use of focused ultrasound as a non-invasive method of peripheral neuromodulation for pain management.
