We have developed a preclinical drug development program in the Ovarian Cancer Research Center with the goal of moving novel laboratory therapeutic discoveries into the clinic. We have developed >150 patient derived xenografts (PDX) models, patient-derived organoids, and primary tumor cultures from ovarian and endometrial cancers.
