Are you holding PhD degree and looking for Postdoctoral Fellowships? Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, Washington invites multiple online application for Postdoctoral Fellowships in various research areas. Candidates interested in Postdoctoral Fellowships can check the details and may apply as soon as possible.
1. Postdoctoral Position
Summary of Postdoctoral Fellowship:
The laboratory of Dr. Gavin Ha (https://gavinhalab.org) has a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow position open in the Computational Biology Program of the Public Health Sciences and Human Biology Divisions. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is interested in developing and implementing innovative computational and analytical approaches to study the genetics and epigenetics of cancer from tumor and liquid biopsies. Candidates who are excited about large/complex ‘omics’ data analysis of cancer genomes, computational methods development, and liquid biopsy research are encouraged to apply. The position has a competitive salary and great benefits.
Application Deadline: Open Until Filled
2. Postdoctoral Position
Summary of Postdoctoral Fellowship:
The applicant will apply state of the art functional genomic and high throughput screening approaches to identify genes required for cancer cell survival and sensitizers to current cancer therapeutics. Through bioinformatic curation, functional cellular assays, and animal models, the applicant will prioritize and validate these as candidate drug targets. We currently have identified a number of high value targets that are in stages of validation in patient derived tumor organoids. The ideal candidate will have a formal background in cancer biology and genetics, with expertise in cell culture, including tumor organoids, molecular biology, genetic analysis, and the use of animal models. The applicant will be expected to interact with an interdisciplinary local team (computational scientists, clinicians, cancer biologists) and with the national CTD2 network.

3. Postdoctoral Position
Summary of Postdoctoral Fellowship:
A postdoctoral scholar position is available to work in the Collisson Lab in the Human Biology Division to focus on lung and pancreatic cancer using a combination of genetically engineered mouse models, cell lines, and clinical samples. The ideal candidate will be able to independently develop, guide, and complete research projects and report them in scholarly publications and in meetings.
Application Deadline: Open Until Filled
4. Postdoctoral Position
Summary of Postdoctoral Fellowship:
The Post-Doctoral Research Fellow will work on independent and collaborative projects in Dr. Chapuis’ laboratory developing adoptive T cell immunotherapy within the Program in Immunology and Clinical Research Division at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. This highly translational research will involve the development of novel TCR-based cellular therapies for clinical translation; development of next-generation humanized murine models to gain insights into the in vivo barriers to effective therapy; and may include monitoring patients through-out the course of treatment with T cell therapies.

5. Postdoctoral Position
Summary of Postdoctoral Fellowship:
The Lapointe Lab (Basic Sciences Division, Fred Hutch) is hiring a Postdoctoral Fellow. The fellow will apply state-of-the-art biochemical and in vitro single-molecule microscopy assays to study protein-RNA interactions that control human mRNA translation. Using a fully reconstituted system, the goal of the project is to examine how RNA-binding proteins search for their binding sites within mRNAs, and once bound, how they control the process of translation initiation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working collaboratively and in a multidisciplinary environment.
Application Deadline: Open Until Filled
6. Postdoctoral Position
Summary of Postdoctoral Fellowship:
The Geoff Hill Lab, in Seattle’s Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center Translational Science & Therapeutics Division, is recruiting a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with expertise in transplant immunology and/or immunotherapy. The candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to multiple NIH funded research programs, including studies defining the mechanisms of cancer-specific immunity versus immune escape and pathogen-specific immunity after adoptive cell therapy. There are also active programs defining mechanisms of, and innovative treatment paradigms for immune toxicity (e.g. graft-versus-host disease and cytokine release syndrome) after stem cell transplantation and adoptive cell therapy.
