Summary of Doctoral Fellowships:
The Curtis B. Smith Cybersecurity Fellowship provides financial assistance to high-achieving students enrolled in any degree program at the UC Berkeley School of Information who are interested in cybersecurity or have a research focus on cybersecurity. The Smith Fellowship is given out each year during the fall semester.
Each year, a total of $3,000 may be awarded, either as a single $3,000 award or as a series of lesser prizes totaling up to $3,000, at the discretion of the fellowship committee. Graduate Assistance in Areas of National Need (GAANN) Fellowship in Cyber-Security of Power Systems is available for NC State graduate students planning to become university lecturers and/or researchers.
